Beautiful Card Designs Made Easy

March 02, 2014

Live Laugh Love ...

Hi Everybody,

This is a simple little card and is created with the  US A2 size matting basics die sets

The sentiment is from Crafters Companion  and I have embossed it in silver and added it to Labels Twenty Three.

The butterflies are from the Butterfly Corners set and I have added pearls to the body line.

I inked through the die before moving the card and that leaves the pattern on the wings.

I used the rest of that die to create the pocket inside for the label where you can add your signature or a greeting.

The ribbon is from my "Stash" with a flower centre over the knot.

So just an easy card to make ... and not a flower in sight ...(sigh!)

More tomorrow ...

Hugs xx

What a beautiful and fresh looking card and the butterflies are gorgeous as is the bow. So surprised you could not squeeze even one little flower in (lol) Love this one even without a flower!

  20. This is a beautiful, and seemingly simple card, but I must be stupid as I don't know what you mean by - 'I inked through the die before moving the card and that leaves the pattern on the wings' - ? Mo
